Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades are applied at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved when switching plans.
A data source is any external system or database connected to BFT AI — for example, Salesforce, SAP, a PostgreSQL database, or a CSV feed. Each unique connection counts as one data source. Sub-objects within a system (like multiple Salesforce reports) do not count separately.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen tier. If you decide not to continue, your account closes automatically at the end of the trial with no charges.
Annual plans are billed once per year upfront and come with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You'll receive a renewal reminder 30 days before your anniversary date. You can cancel before renewal without penalty.
After cancellation, you have 30 days to export all your data in standard formats (JSON, CSV, Parquet). After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. We will never sell or transfer your data to third parties.
